Could one small act of kindness really change a life? What if it changed thousands—including your own?
In this week’s episode, Christy Pennison sits down with Luke Mickelson, founder of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, for a heartfelt conversation about purpose, service, and the quiet crisis of children sleeping without beds.
You can talk, want, and dream all you want—which is good, you need to have that! But you have to work on your desire to act— and the best way to do that is to act … Who cares if [your actions] don’t amount to anything? They amount something to you!

Whether you’re seeking purpose, craving connection, or wondering how to make a real difference—this episode reminds you: it all starts with showing up.
