About Lamia Katbi:
I’ve been blessed with a gift to guide. Over the years I guided thousands of families in my pediatric practice in northwest Indiana. Now I am taking what I learned and continue to learn to much larger audience. My goal is bring awareness to health and wellness from the start. I counsel on sleep, emotional health, breathing, mindful eating and physical activity. I call them the five pillars of optimal health which is also part of my book “Just what the doctor ordered”. I have been very blessed in my life however, I did have my own challenge with mental and physical health which led me to take a harder more mindful look at my life. In 2014 I was declared disruptive physician which I thought big slap in the face but let’s face it, I was. Now it is called burned out physician. Since then it has been my mission to continue working on myself while guiding others. I believe in mindset, the power of the mind and being consistent to succeed.
